For multi-agency networks

Every agency shares documents its own way. That ends here.

Franchises, multi-site operations, national rollouts: AllinKey installs the same gesture in every agency — one fob, one space, one PIN — without forcing a new tool on field teams.

The problem

The hidden cost of heterogeneity.

When every agency improvises, the network head loses all visibility: impossible to know which version of a certificate rides in which vehicle, or to guarantee customers a consistent answer.

What changes

One rule, applied everywhere.

The same gesture on every site

One fob, one space, one PIN — the habit learned on the pilot holds for the whole network.

One day per agency

Binding by scan, document upload, PIN: onboarding a site fits in a single day.

No tool forced on field teams

The dashboard stays in the back office; counter teams keep their habits.

The same driver page everywhere

Whatever the site, the customer sees the same page, translated automatically into 28 languages.

Rollout

Start small, measure, scale.

The method never changes: one test site, a measurement of the calls avoided, then wave-by-wave extension — same gesture throughout.

  • Pilot: 10 vehicles or one test agency
  • Setup: documents, QR, PIN and dashboard in one day
  • Measure: calls avoided, team load, field feedback
  • Scale: the remaining agencies, wave by wave
How it works

Three gestures, one reflex.

Step 1

Pilot site

One test agency or 10 vehicles. Enough to measure, too small to risk anything.

Step 2

Measure

Calls avoided, team load, field feedback — we look at the numbers before scaling.

Step 3

Scale

Next wave: the rest of the network, with the gesture learned on the pilot.

Agency dashboard

The network-head view.

Each agency manages its vehicles; the standard stays identical everywhere: documents, PINs, storage.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the price change with the number of agencies?

No. The price is €25 excl. VAT per equipped vehicle, paid once, whatever the number of sites. A quote is prepared within one business day based on volume.

Can we start with a single agency?

That's the recommended method: one test site or 10 vehicles, a measurement of the calls avoided, then wave-by-wave extension to the rest of the network.

Do field teams need training?

The gesture boils down to scanning a fob from the dashboard to bind it to a vehicle, then uploading the documents. A per-role guide is included.

How long to equip an agency?

One day. Binding a fob to a vehicle takes about thirty seconds, with no links or codes to copy.
