What is AllinKey?

AllinKey is a French solution that attaches a permanent QR code to each vehicle's key ring. The agency uploads the documents (registration card, insurance certificate, contract) to a secure space; the driver scans the QR, enters a 6-digit PIN and reads the documents in their browser — no account, no app.

How much does AllinKey cost?

€25 excl. VAT per vehicle, as a one-time payment. The kit includes the fob, lifetime platform access and app updates. No subscription, no annual renewal.

Does the driver need an account or an app?

No. The phone's camera opens the page and the 6-digit PIN unlocks it. That's the heart of the design: no install, no account, so no first-line support to run on the agency side.

If someone steals the keys, do they get the papers?

No. The QR carries no data: it opens a page that demands the 6-digit PIN set by the agency. Five failed tries lock access temporarily. The PIN can be changed, or the QR released, at any time from the dashboard.

What happens when a vehicle leaves the fleet?

You release the QR from its space: it detaches from the account and becomes available for another vehicle. The physical fob doesn't change; nothing is lost, nothing to buy again.

What if the insurance or the registration changes?

You replace the file in the vehicle's space. The public link and the fob stay the same: the next person who scans gets the right version. That's exactly what kills expired photocopies.

Where are the documents hosted?

In the European Union, encrypted at rest. The QR, the public link, the PIN and the documents are kept separate: the QR alone grants nothing.

How many documents fit per vehicle?

Each vehicle space holds 75 MB — plenty for the registration card, insurance certificate, contract and a blank accident form as PDFs.

How long does it take to equip an agency?

One day. Binding a fob to a vehicle takes about thirty seconds: one scan from the dashboard, no links or codes to copy.

Which languages does the driver page support?

The interface is translated automatically into 28 languages, selected from the driver's browser language.

Can the driver download the documents?

That's the agency's call, space by space: downloads can be allowed or disabled. When allowed, the driver downloads documents one by one or all together as an archive.

What personal data is collected?

Agency account data (name, business email, encrypted password), vehicle identifiers and the uploaded documents, the PIN stored in a non-reversible form, and technical connection data for security purposes. No data is ever used for prospecting, resale or profiling.

How do I cancel?

The agency can cancel its account at any time from the management space or by email. Uploaded documents are then deleted according to the retention policy described in the privacy policy.

Who publishes AllinKey?

AllinKey is published by PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS, SIREN 848 157 517, Bordeaux trade register, headquartered at 12 rue des météores, 33185 Le Haillan, France.
