Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (the “Terms”) define how the allinkey.fr website and the AllinKey software solution may be accessed and used. AllinKey is published by PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS, SIREN 848 157 517, Bordeaux trade register, headquartered at 12 rue des météores, 33185 Le Haillan, France.

AllinKey lets a rental company or fleet manager make a vehicle's documents (registration card, insurance certificate, contract) available to a driver through a permanent physical QR code attached to the key ring, accessible after entering a PIN code.

2. Acceptance

Accessing the AllinKey solution implies full acceptance of these Terms. Users who do not accept them must refrain from using the service.

PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of use.

3. Access to the service

For the agency

Access to the agency space requires creating an account. The agency agrees to provide accurate information and to keep its credentials confidential. Any action performed from the account is deemed performed by its holder.

For the driver

A vehicle's documents are accessed by scanning the physical QR code on the key fob, then entering the six-digit PIN provided by the agency. No account is required.

4. Agency obligations

The agency agrees to:

• Upload only documents it legitimately holds or is authorized to share
• Keep documents current and remove those that become obsolete
• Keep PIN codes and account credentials confidential
• Not use AllinKey for unlawful, fraudulent or improper purposes
• Meet its own data-protection obligations toward drivers and third parties

5. Driver obligations

The driver agrees to:

• Not attempt to bypass the security mechanisms (PIN, public link)
• Not publicly distribute the documents they can access
• Not use the information obtained for purposes other than those intended

6. Availability

PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS uses all reasonable means to keep the service available 24/7. However, the service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS's control (network outage, force majeure, etc.).

PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS cannot be held liable for the consequences of service unavailability.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of AllinKey (software, interfaces, code, design, brands, logos, content) are the exclusive property of PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS or its licensors. No rights are transferred to users beyond normal use of the service.

Documents uploaded by the agency remain the full property of the agency or its rightful owners. PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS acquires no rights over these documents and uses them only to operate the service.

8. Limitation of liability

PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable in case of:

• Use of the service that does not comply with these Terms
• Indirect damages (loss of business, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, etc.)
• Third-party acts (intrusion, malice) despite reasonable security measures
• Inaccurate, expired or non-compliant documents uploaded by the agency

If PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS's liability were established, it would be limited to the amounts actually paid by the client for the service over the previous twelve months.

9. Cancellation

The agency may cancel its account at any time from the management space or by email at julien@allinkey.fr. PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS may suspend or terminate an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms, after formal notice has remained without effect for fifteen days.

Upon cancellation, uploaded documents are deleted according to the retention policy described in the privacy policy.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data within the AllinKey service is governed by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
