For car rental companies

Your customers shouldn't have to call the agency for a registration card.

AllinKey equips every vehicle with a permanent QR key fob. The agency uploads the registration card, insurance certificate and rental contract to a secure space. The driver scans and reads the documents after entering their PIN — no call, no lost email, no digging at the counter.

The problem

The customer demands their papers at the worst moment.

An accident on the highway, a traffic stop, a third-party rental, a customs check: these situations demand the right document within minutes — rarely during the agency's opening hours.

Accident on the highwayThe insurer wants the certificate, right now.
Traffic stopPapers, immediately — even on a Sunday at 11 p.m.
Third-party rentalThe contract has to be shown to the driver.
Border crossingCustoms documentation required, the agency is closed.
What changes

An agency that answers less, customers who find faster.

Fewer calls to the counter

The driver finds their papers with a scan; your team stops acting as a remote document help desk.

Documents always current

You replace the registration card or the certificate from the dashboard; the fob never moves.

Access locked behind a PIN

Nobody reads the documents without the six-digit code the agency set for that vehicle.

A QR reassignable for life

A vehicle leaves the fleet: you release the QR and it moves to the next one, same tag.

How it works

Three gestures, one reflex.

Step 1

Bind

You attach the QR fob to the key ring and bind it to the vehicle once, with one scan from the dashboard.

Step 2

Upload

You drop the registration card, insurance and contract into the vehicle's space — 75 MB available.

Step 3

Lock

You set the 6-digit PIN and hand it to the customer along with the keys.

Your whole fleet, on one screen.

One line per vehicle: documents, PIN status, storage. You see at a glance what's still waiting to be set up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does AllinKey cost for a rental company?

€25 excl. VAT per vehicle, as a one-time payment. The kit includes the permanent QR fob, lifetime platform access and app updates. No subscription.

What happens when a vehicle leaves the fleet?

You release the QR from its space: it detaches from the account and becomes available for another vehicle. The physical fob doesn't change and nothing needs to be repurchased.

Can the customer download the documents?

That's the agency's choice: downloads can be allowed or disabled for each vehicle space.

How does the customer get the PIN?

The agency sets it in the dashboard and hands it over at pick-up, along with the keys. It can be changed at every driver rotation.
