These terms govern online sales of the AllinKey kit to consumers on allinkey.fr: prices, ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal and legal guarantees.

These terms of sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern online sales of the AllinKey QR key fob kit to consumer buyers on allinkey.fr. They complement the terms of use, which govern the software service. Placing an order implies full acceptance of the version in force on the day of the order.
Sales to businesses (rental companies, fleets, networks) are handled through quotes and separate terms — see the pricing page.

The AllinKey kit includes: a physical key fob carrying a permanent QR code, lifetime access to a 75 MB online document space protected by a six-digit PIN, app updates, and an activation guide.
Three models are available: white with chain, black with chain and black with elastic. The metal chain offers the best mechanical strength but may oxidize under constant salt-water exposure; the elastic band is recommended when keys rest against bodywork (motorcycles, scooters) or for watercraft.
Photographs and renderings shown on the site are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding as to exact shades.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT included). The kit's reference price is €30 incl. VAT (public business price: €25 excl. VAT). Current promotional offers, their duration and any multi-kit pricing within a single order are displayed on the shop page at the time of ordering.
Delivery within metropolitan France is free. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
The ordering process is as follows: choose the model and quantity on the shop page; review and pay on the secure Stripe page, where the buyer provides their email, phone number and shipping address; on-screen confirmation followed by a confirmation email.
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. The invoice, issued automatically, is sent to the email address provided.
The seller may refuse or cancel an order in case of a prior dispute, serious indication of fraud, or product unavailability; the buyer is then informed and fully refunded.
Payment is made online, in one installment, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the secure Stripe platform. Card details are entered exclusively on Stripe's pages and never pass through the seller's servers.
Kits are delivered within metropolitan France only, free of charge, to the address given at payment. Orders ship within 3 business days of confirmation, by postal service.
In accordance with article L216-1 of the French consumer code, delivery occurs at the latest 30 days after the order; failing that, the buyer may cancel the contract after unsuccessfully requesting delivery within a reasonable additional period, and is then refunded in full.
The buyer should check the parcel's condition on receipt and report any damage to service@allinkey.fr promptly.
Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French consumer code, consumer buyers have 14 days from receipt of the kit to withdraw, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify your decision before the deadline by email to service@allinkey.fr — for instance using the model form in article 14 — then return the kit, in a resalable condition, no later than 14 days after that notice, to the address in article 2. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
All sums paid are refunded no later than 14 days after the kit is recovered or proof of shipment is provided, using the same payment method as the order.
If the document space linked to the kit has been activated, withdrawal entails its deactivation and the deletion of uploaded documents.
Independently of any commercial warranty, the seller is bound by the following statutory guarantees:

Lifetime access to the document space is attached to the kit and covered by the price paid, with no subscription. Its use is governed by the terms of use and the privacy policy. “Lifetime” means the commercial life of the AllinKey service; should the service ever be permanently discontinued, buyers will be informed with reasonable notice allowing them to retrieve their documents.
The kit provides access to copies of documents; buyers should keep their originals and satisfy themselves that presenting a digital copy is accepted in the context where they use it. PATEOUEILLE GROUP SAS cannot be held liable for non-compliant use, nor for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law — the statutory guarantees of article 9 remaining unaffected.
Data collected at ordering (identity, contact details, shipping address) is processed to perform the contract, as described in the privacy policy. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Under articles L612-1 et seq. of the French consumer code, consumer buyers may use a consumer mediator free of charge for disputes not resolved with customer service.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any court action; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to consumer-protection rules.
