Pricing questions

How much does AllinKey cost?

€25 excl. VAT per vehicle, as a one-time payment. That price covers the permanent QR key fob, lifetime access to the platform and app updates.

Is there a subscription?

No. There is no subscription, no per-user licensing, no recurring platform fees, no annual renewal. You pay once, when you order.

Does the price go down with volume?

The list price is €25 excl. VAT per vehicle regardless of the number of sites. We prepare a quote within one business day based on fob volume and the number of agencies.

What happens if a vehicle leaves the fleet?

The QR is released from its space and reassigned to another vehicle. The kit stays valid: there is nothing to buy again.

How fast does the kit pay for itself?

About 7 months under our reference assumptions (8 document requests per vehicle per year, 12 minutes per request, a €35 loaded hourly rate, and the 80% reduction measured on a 10-vehicle test fleet). The payback period does not depend on fleet size, because both cost and savings scale with the number of vehicles.
