How do I activate my key fob?

An activation guide comes in the box: you scan your QR, create your space in a few minutes, upload your documents (registration, insurance, inspection report) and pick your 6-digit PIN. Five minutes, start to finish.

What if someone finds my keys?

The QR carries no data: it opens a page that demands your 6-digit PIN. After five failed tries, access locks temporarily. Your documents stay out of reach.

I'm selling my car — is my kit wasted?

No. You release the QR from your space: it empties and becomes available for your next vehicle. The key fob is valid for life.

Which model should I pick: chain or elastic?

Three models are available: white with chain, black with chain, and black with elastic. The metal chain is the toughest — just avoid constant salt-water exposure, which can rust it. The elastic is ideal when keys rest against bodywork (motorcycles, scooters) or for watercraft. You pick yours at checkout.

Is there a subscription?

None. The kit is paid once and includes the fob, lifetime access to your space and app updates.

I have two vehicles — how many kits do I need?

One kit per vehicle: each fob maps to its own document space, with its own PIN. Good news: in the same order, the first kit is €12 incl. VAT and each additional kit €10 — the discount applies automatically.

Where are my documents stored?

On servers located in the European Union, encrypted at rest, in line with the GDPR. They are never used for prospecting and never resold.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes: you have the legal 14-day withdrawal right from the day of delivery, no justification needed. Just write to service@allinkey.fr.
